For Parents
The kids will begin in the sanctuary with the adults for worship, and are encouraged to participate in their own expression of worship, whatever that may be. We will be sitting up front and to the left, where a History Makers teacher will be with the kids. Coloring or drawing what God is showing them is encouraged.
After worship and announcements, the History Makers teacher will walk the kids over to the church office for the lesson, and a snack is provided. Weather permitting, we will usually play on the playground or spend time outside.
The first Sunday of each month, the kids will stay in the sanctuary to listen to the message with the adults. The History Makers teacher will make an announcement if we are planning to do any special activities with the kids on a particular Sunday, like taking a prayer walk, or visiting the new station 411 building. Our vision for our time with your kids is to have them learn, release what they have learned, and have fun!
Learning
Each Sunday looks different as we firmly believe in allowing Holy Spirit to lead. Our children are learning how to hear God, and we pray for each other and others that Jesus lays on our hearts.
Superbook Sunday is the second Sunday learning stories of the Bible with Chris, Joy & Gizmo that help the kids with everyday life experiences.
Releasing
During worship we encourage the children to dance, sing, draw, create, soak, etc. and often they will share with the congregation what Jesus was saying or showing them.

Vision: Eagle building a nest out of gathered arrows. The arrows sent their way with destructive intentions were extinguished by God then transformed to become a resting place.

We trust with complete unraveling confidence, our Father causes everything to work together for our good. We build our nest on High. Far above circumstances that try to hinder. We are sealed forever and bringing forth exquisite fruit for the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth.

Fun
Life with Jesus is a fun adventure full of mysteries and surprises! Whether we are playing games, playing on the playground or painting on the porch, we love to have fun together.
